Willie Nelson is a singer-songwriter, musician and activist)

Willie was visiting R.E.M.'s Booking manager in 2009 and noticed a piece of my work. He was gifted a piece of my work by that gentleman (who collects Picassos, Katas and other artist work).

Trudie and Sting Sting is a musician and actor, was the principal songwriter, lead singer, and bassist for the new wave rock band the Police from 1977 to 1984. He then launched a solo career with his music. Trudie is an actress and producer.

Trudie and Sting were given a piece of my work in 1997 by a friend of theirs who I met while living in Charleston, S.C. Among her other endeavors the woman who gave my work to them as a gift; once helped manage Studio 54 in N.Y.C. and met the couple while working there.

Susan Sarandon is an actress perhaps known best for her films Dead Man Walking, Thelma and Louise, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Susan Sarandon was visiting her husband, Tim Robbins in 1992 on the set of a film he was starring in called Bob Roberts in Memphis. At the same time, I'd been asked to show some of my Elvis work at a non profit gallery named Delta Axis. There was a local character (practically the mayor of cool) in Memphis named Lamar Sorrento who had a warehouse of unusual things and among those objects were some of my Elvis art. Susan wandered in to Lamar's place and bought seven or eight smaller framed prints of my work and then asked Lamar where she could find more of my work. He pointed her to the Delta Axis Gallery and she asked her limo driver to head on over. There she purchase two large Primary Original pieces of my Elvis work. (for further information on the categories of work I have created please see the page called CATEGORIES OF WORK under MORE which has a drop-down menu. One Primary original she bought is called I Saw Elvis Selling Velvet Paintings from a V. W. Van in a Lot and the other one I believe was entitled Elvis Clock but I have forgotten (it was quite a while ago).

Julia Roberts is an actress perhaps best known for films like Pretty Woman, Steel Magnolias, Erin Brockovich, Ocean's Twelve, and The Pelican Brief.

She purchased some of my work in South Carolina in 1995 while starring with Dennis Quaid in the film Something to Talk About. I was showing in a gallery called The Red Piano Too which was managed by a wonderful woman named Elyane Scott . This woman's daughter helped out with the movie and got to know Julia and said she was just as fun and caring as she appeared on screen. Back to my story, Julia found her way over to the gallery which was located close to the primary film site (which was in Beaufort S.C.). Once in the gallery she purchased several pieces of jewlery created by local crafters and one piece of my work entitled; Elvis Dreaming of Love. She spoke with the gallery director saying she rarely purchased artwork because she preferred sculpture and jewlery. She's also admired my work entitled The Four Keys to Elvis Success so the gallery owner and I decided to ship that piece to her home in New Mexico as a surprise gift (after which Julia sent us the most beautiful handwritten thank you letter). In addition, I sent a folk art inspired piece I'd made about Lyle Lovett (since she'd recently married him). I never fawn over celebrities but when an actress, actor or other celebrity collector of mine is as wonderful as Julia I like to let people know.
